Calories burned: Elliptical or Myfitnesspal?

There is a very big difference between what myfitnesspal saids I burned and what the elliptical says I burned. 30 minutes on mfp is 325 calories and my elliptical saids I only burned 230. Which do you think is more accurate? Which do you follow? Thanks!

I follow the what the elliptical says. I assume it's more accurate because it calculates your weight in and it also knows how hard or easy you are working and at which level. Not sure if that's right, but that's the one I follow, and it's been working for me so far. Good luck!0

I also use what the elliptical says. it takes into account how intense I went for whatever time frame I was on whereas MFP doesn't.0
