I used to drink 8+ liters of soda per day.

I haven't had a single soda in 2.5 years now.

    Worth EVERY day of it.

  • For a second I was like, aw crap this thread is gonna tell me how I'm not eating only vegetables and fruits the whole day :( But then I saw that the "crap" was soda, take out and sweets" and I was like Yay! That's not me!

I'm NOT giving up my carbonated drinks!

Nice attitude. Sounds like you just don't want it bad enough, then. There's no food I wouldn't give up if it meant I having the body of my dreams.

I'm not giving up my beer.. guess I'm don't want it bad enough *hikes up my pants that are 3 sizes too big while cracking open another bottle*

    is this a serious post??

Im sure most people agree drinking 8 litres a day of soda is not good - but many of us can manage nicely on a small moderate amount, without haveing to go to nothing.

There is a happy medium, you know.

Crap is what goes in a toilet. If it's edible, it's food.

My dog thinks crap is edible. Especially if it's on snow. Nothing more delectable than poopcicles. :noway:

I agree with second poster. What food do I have to give up to have the body of a well endowed 21 year old?

    Burn all the things!

Actually, studies are finding that we have an imbalance of omega fatty acids. Too many 3s, not enough 6 and 9s. So we really need to eat more foood.

We need more 69s? I have never agreed with anything more wholeheartedly.

I think for the majority of dieters who have no idea of the amount of calories they are consuming or their macros this is generally good advice.

For a site like this where dieters are generally more sophisticated then it has less relevance.

The underlying message is solid though.

I'm buggered then. Just had Pepsi Max Cherry, a bowl of ice cream (cherry bakewell flavour) and a big tablespoon of peanut butter. Just about to wash it down with 75g of whey too. Gotta love dieting hard
