I am hoping that my pic below will post with my before and after pic *fingers crossed*.....I have managed to drop 3 pants sizes and 34 lbs now since Jan 6th of this year simply logging my food on MFP, counting my calories and exercising at least 20 minutes each day. My pic below reflects 30 lbs lost. My workouts include lots of Zumba, and I also use hip hop abs, turbo jam, biggest loser workout DVD's and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and kickboxing fastfix DVD! : )
