gained lbs

I have a problem gained 3 pounds since sunday, kept my calories down I walked between 15-18 miles in those 3 days need help not sure what im doing wrong.

    You need to drink more water. You are holding onto water so that is where all of the weight gain is coming from. Once your body get the water it is needing it will start releasing the water you are retaining. Give it 3 days and you should be back on track. Good luck.
  • Personally, I have noticed that my weight is different depending on the day... I did a week by week calculation for a few weeks of every day and after awhile I noticed the trends were the same. I saw that even though say sunday morning was 2 - 3 LBS heavier than monday that the next week even though the weight difference was still 2 - 3 LBS they both went down abit... So pick one day and weigh yourself at the same time every say wednesday
