A workout plan for me

Hey everyone, I was wondering if you all could help me with a work out plan.
I am 19 years old, 6'6, and 291 pounds. Typically when I go to the gym, I use my Couch 2 5K running app, then bike for about 2 miles, then about another 2 miles on the elliptical. Occasionally I'll do some weight lifting. What do you all recommend for the best fat loss results? I'm not trying to gain a massive amount of muscle mass. (at least not yet). Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello! You seem to be putting in the effort at the gym, that's great! I looked at your food diary, I'm no expert by any means, but I do know that it takes a good diet and exercise to lose weight. I checked out your diary and while you're staying in your set calorie range you're eating a lot of sodium! Some of the things that you're eating are also not the healthiest. Just a suggestion, but if you're going to put that much effort in at the gym you should probably put the same amount of effort into your eating as well. That's the plan I would stick with. Go to the success board and you'll see a lot of success stories where people did just that.
