hi there , fancey something really yummy and healthy for lunch today but not sure what , anyone got any ideas please :) x

    What about a lovely homemade smoothie, that's what I'm going to have, taste wicked and really healthy and satisfiying.
    Add a tbsp of soya protein powder for added protein and to keep you really full up til dinner time ;o)
    Or if your out then maybe have a chicken salad, even mcdonalds do a helathy one, the grilled chicken salad.
    Tastes really good :o)
    You could have a low cal wrap or maybe some soup with crispbreads?
    Fruit and vegs are always good and fill you up, and low cals.

    I'll bump an old smoothie post so you can get some ideas, (look under recent posts, how do you make your smoothie)
    There's loads of amazing ones on here, you can make in the morning and take to work with you for lunch. There's also some great pre-post workout smoothies too.
