Hi! My name is April
I'm almost 19 years old, I've currently suffered through depression, and an eating disorder. but I'm back, healthy and everything and here is my process, I don't know if you can tell a difference or not but I think it's going pretty well... I'm the type of person that needs motivation to get me moving, hence why I joined MFP.
