    It depends on what type of workout I'm doing. If I'm doing a Karate type of workout, I will be barefoot. If I am doing most other types of workouts, I wear Nike Airs. I just got a new pair and love these, too. I hadn't been too fond of Nike, but I found that they are comfortable for the most part at this juncture of my life.

    I've always used Nike and switched to Puma and it was the worst decision! Never again.

    when I"m working out at home I feel like if I'm barefoot I slip all over the place and with shoes on i get stuck on the carpet. :-/ GRRR!

    I've added new workouts to home like hula hooping and belly dancing and that seems to "cut out" the foot problems since for the most part you are kind of stationary.

    still a good work out though! and fun... not to mention EMPOWERING!
