What is the 30 day Shred?
An DVD in which Jillian Michaels attempts to slowly kill you by making you do all sorts of fun exercises, causing soreness in muscles you didn't know you had.
The serious answer --
It's an exercise program, three levels and you do each one for ten days. It combines cardio, strength training and ab work into a 20 min session (closer to 26ish with warmup and cooldown). I'm currently on Level Two, Day eight. People have posted really great results from doing it, lots of inches lost. You can get a DVD for about $8-$9 or you can find all three levels on YouTube, which is what I do.0
