Can I lose 30 pounds by the end of June

Hi! I'm currently living in Argentina studying abroad and I have never been happy with my weight. I've been here for 7 weeks and have lose 13 pounds so far. Is it possible for me to lose 30 more pounds before I come back to the states at the end of June? I'm living with a host family so I generally eat with them at home and we eat healthy the majority of the times and have pasta on occasions. I've made it a habit to drink water so I get full fast and haven't really been having snacks since I've been here. If I do snack it's a peach or a kiwi. I also walk everywhere since I don't have a car here, I walk to and from school which takes a little less than an hour in total. Also going to the clubs and dancing around should be helpful too right? I really want to be thinner soon, I'm getting a little obsessed.

    Yes you can do it. I did it in almost the same time scale.

    All you need is determination, really.

    you can do it. Just stick to it and you can lose as much as you want.

    You can but be careful not to get skinny fat with that amount of weight loss in a short period of time. Try to do some body strength exercises as well as the cardio. Well done on your weight loss to date!
  • Thanks for your responses guys! I do 20 minutes of crunches and stretches as well that I learned in a dance class I'm taking here. I just want to be at my healthy weight by the time I come back! I'm trying!
