I eat TDEE -20% 2 cardio days 3 weight lift days.....my question is...!
Should I eat TDEE -20% as usually everyday or should I eat closer to BMR on days when I'm not working, therefore not using as much energy?

Did you class yourself as sedentary when finding out your information? You should eat your TDEE -20% anyway.0

I'd go with eating TDEE-20% all days your body is still burning while you rest and don't forget you can eat back half or more depending how hungry you are of your exercise calories don't starve yourself good luck xx0

by definition, TDEE includes your exercise calories on the days you exercise. therefore, TDEE-20% gives you a deficit every day.
for example,
TDEE on days without exercise = 2200
TDEE on days with exercise = 2700
TDEE-20% on days without exercise = 1760
TDEE-20% on days with exercise = 2160
on days without exercise, if you selected sedentary, TDEE-20% is your BMR.0 -
Cool thanks guys0
