Prom is coming!

So my prom date this year is April 13th, and im open to any weight loss tips or tricks you guys have to offer to help me be as healthy (and lighter) as can be! Im hoping to shed a couple extra pounds before then, so im up for anything thatll do the trick really!
Right now ive been eating mostly fruits and veggies with some dairy and grains mixed in there, and I also play ultimate frisbee for like 7 hours a week as my workouts. Over time it has helped me lose weight, but im looking for something that will be a little more aggressive for the next month or so. Any suggestions? (:

There are not really any crazy tips to make you way skinnier or healthier than you are now in three weeks. All I can see are your legs in your picture, but it certainly looks (and sounds, by your description) that you are already in good shape. Continue to do what you are doing, and add a little exercise in there if you want-maybe lift some small weights to begin tightening up those arms for your dress? This stuff takes time, and there are no quick miracle fixes. If you change up your caloric intake here for a bit, you should be able to lose at least a pound or two by then. Don't go crazy though! I'm sure you are beautiful; just have fun0
