I made this today and they are so yummy.
I've been craving PB for a few days now so I had to make these.
I made 7 little balls.
This is high in cals for 7 little PB balls but can be lower in cals if you use reduced fat or Simply JIFF PB.

    Very welcome Renee.
Your little ones can make these.
A bit messy if they don't wet their hands before they make the balls.
    Enjoy!

Oh... you can add some mini chocolate chips in the mix:happy:

I add some (for this size probably 1 tbsp) of powdered milk and also a smidge of vanilla.

Sometimes I give them to my kids for lunch. About as healthy as a PB&J right?

    Yummy Recipe!

My Aunt actually makes these for Christmas every year but she adds Rice Krispies instead of oats.
Well and she covers them in chocolate, but I have had them with out too and they are super yummy!

Love the rice krispies idea... cannot go wrong with covering them in chocolate either:bigsmile:
