Workout plan for the gym

Is anyone a trainer? I need a workout plan to use at the gym. I'm intrested in workouts like P90X, insanity, Jillian Michael's or Bob Harper, like Plyometrics, anything along the lines of that. I'm looking for a simple plan wk1 doing these Monday, Wed, Friday wk 2 these, ect....
Does anyone have a plan they'd like to share? or any ideas or suggestions? Thanks! :smile:
