I use my fitbit everyday and just recently I've started having issues with it not syncing and sometimes shorting me on steps. Anyone else have this issue?? :(

    When this happened to me, I discovered my home computer (where the wifi dongle is plugged in) was not logged into Fitbit. Nothing will update unless your home computer is logged into Fitbit - not steps, not sleep, not nothing! Call up the Fitbit page on your home computer, log in, and you'll find everything you've been tracking will update (at least it did for me). Hope this helps!
