Is anyone doing Chalean Extreme?

Hey..

Is anyone doing Chalean Extreme? I'm doing my first week of the Push Circuit and was wondering if it's okay to add cardio to this 3 months program? I don't want to over work my muscles when they should be resting....

    It will depend on the Cardio you are doing. I know alot of people add in Turbo with thier ChaLean. I have the Extra DVDs so I use some of her other Cardio Workouts if I need something more.

    I completed CLX about 2 weeks ago. I had tried to do a hybrid of CLX and Insanity and was doing well adding 5 Insanity workouts to the CLX program (I substituted an Insanity workout for Burn It Off and did one each weight-lifting day plus one on one of the rest days). Unfortunately I only keep it up for about three weeks when circumstances left me little time for that "extra" workout.

    I think adding some more cardio in would be fine. Just be sure to keep one of your rest days to let your body recuperate.

    Oh - and a side note: the Push Circuit was my favorite! Good luck! If you have any questions, let me know. I loved CLX! In fact, I am still doing 2 CLX workouts a week with Insanity right now. :happy:
