I've lost 10lbs so far ..woohoo! I was wondering should my calorie intake be adjusted and if so what should it be adjusted to?

You should! Great work on losing 10lbs so far BTW!!
Go into Goals and recalculate your calorie amounts. How much more do you have to lose? As you get closer to goal you should be lowering your weekly loss goal to a smaller amount.0 -

So I would put your goal at no more than 1lb per week until you hit about 15lbs left to your goal. Than change it to 0.5lbs per week.
Make sure you NET the calories it gives you.0
