I weighed in today at 178 pounds. back down from the 2 pounds I gained last week:) who knew eating more would help me lose weight as well as upping my calories .

great job! Maybe that is what my problem is....Eating more though has to count. I has to be meaningful calories! That's the hard part!0

yes it sure is. i am working on that myself. baby steps for me. I just am working on eating more and not being so fearful of food.0

That is really awesome. I'm working on getting into the 170's right now as well and would be THRILLED to see 178 on the scale. Congratulations!0

that is how I felt about the 200's. my highest weight was 250 pounds it felt like forever to get out of that too. I just got out og the 200's in December when I weighed 199.0

Just left the 170's finally hit the 160's and now I got my eyes on the 150's....Let's gooooooooooooooo :-/0
