some encouragement needed because I'm lagging behind...

My life has just gotten so busy and I have completely disregarded healthy eating and working out. I had to go to conferences (where healthy food was unavailable) and when I'm stressed it's just easier to eat crappy food like pizza than something healthy. Also, I have no motivation to go to the gym, AT ALL. I need some encouragement please!

    hi im Nicky,
    im new to all of this but i must admit this site is very addictive.
    i have been on the site since the 11th april and all though ive not lost any weight yet its made me more aware of what i put in my mouth.
    i recently started work in our local gym as a gym membership sales advisor, so have been trying to make the most of the facilaties but having a 4 year old, husband and 2 dogs it can be tough.
    if you do have a local gym see if they do flexi bar classes or personal training sessions (wow i love it).
