In 2011 I lost 75 lbs with the help of MFP! In 2012 got away from tracking calories and eating right. Still was working out and running (even finished 2 half marathons) and not eating as bad as I was before, but by the end of the year the weight creep was in full swing. Since my low weight in 2011 I've gained 30 lbs. The good news is 10lb is muscle from weight lifting I started doing more frequently in 2012. The bad news is that the other 20lb is from getting off track.
So I'm back tracking my calories with MFP and working towards losing 20lb this year and training for my 3rd half marathon on June 2nd!
Let's do this...IT WORKS!!!!!
