Am I "lightly" or "moderately" active?

Okay, I understand the whole BMR/TDEE thing now. It took a while to wrap my brain around it, but I've got it. But now I can't figure out whether I am "lightly active" or "moderately active." Here's the rundown: I do an hour of yoga once a week, about 10-20 minutes of zumba every day, crunches here and there, and housework. Can anyone tell me what category I fall into? Thanks.
