Under Calorie Goal

I know this doesn't sound like it's a bad thing, but I know it is. I'm no expert and definitely need some direction on what to do... I currently have my calorie intake set at 1400/day, which is totally fine; however, when I add my exercise in, I always fall short (not just a few, sometimes it's several hunderd). I don't want my body to feel like it's in starvation mode; I don't FEEL hungry, lethargic, etc. My body feels like it's getting enough fuel, but according to MFP, I'm afraid it's not. I only measure my exercise/calorie intake on MFP and maybe that's my problem?
Should I be eating more? Something different? How do I move forward and do what's best for my body? I've changed my food diary to be open to the public, so you can see what I've been eating and maybe help me based on that information.
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice
