Activity Level-TDEE

I’m not sure what to use as my activity level and was hoping to get some advice. Some weeks I am able to get work outs in, up to 5 times a week and other weeks I might only get one or two. I have also had weeks that I wasn’t able to get a work out in at all. What would you suggest I use as my activity level when figuring my TDEE?

Some people who don't work out consistently will calculate their TDEE as if they were sendentary. (It ends up no longer being a true "TDEE", but ignore the titles for now.) Then when they do workout, they log those workouts and eat the calories back. Another way to do it, is calculate your average TDEE (including workouts you do most weeks). If you workout more than expected, eat an extra 200 calories. If you miss a workout you normally do, eat 200 calories less that day.

I use sedentary then log exercise and decide if I want to eat any of it back.

Monkey, has this been working for you? How do you decide if you want to eat them back or not?
