My exercise challenge 35/35/7 =D

im challenging myself to loose at least 7lbs in my strict 35 days training , i will be being strict on what im consuming as well as eating enough to carry out my exercise.. i will be doing at least 35 hours of cardio within the next 35 days.. anything else will be a bonus.


so far::

sunday

one hour jog
10 minutes on trampoline

Monday

one hour aarobics class
Gym 45 mins
squash game 40 mins.
walking one hour.
