Anyone else Gluten Free???

Recently have begun to be Gluten Free in my house, found out that my husband gets sick whenever he eats gluten.

I don't have any sensitivity myself but the cooking in our house has switched to this now. Does anyone have any specific tips, stories, comments or recommendations?
