I love apples and peanut butter but it is killing my fat and calories for the day, so I found this online and it is surprisingly yummy

1 cup non fat vanilla greek yogurt
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp honey
1tsp cinnamon

Mix up and makes 4 or more large servings.

  • YUM. I will be making this soon!

Funny thing is, I have a jar of Walden Farm's ZERO calorie peanut butter sitting in the fridge. I've tried other products by Walden Farms, and they were decent, but nothing beats Zero calorie dressings/dips/sauces. I have not tried the PB yet, but I just thought I'd mention it, as it seems appropriate to your post!

I bought Walden Farms PB when we started FP and it was horrible! I took one lick and in the trash it went, which made me so angry because it certainly was not cheap. I didn't taste anything like PB, the texture was really weird too. Others may like it, I didn't.

After that, I found at both Target and Trader Joe's they sell "Better n Peanut Butter" and it is delicious! I love PB and this totally works for me. It's tasty stuff and at only 100 calories for 2 tbsp a great low calorie option.
