athletic shoes

Does anyone have a particular kind of athletic shoe that you wear to work out in? I had to change my workout today because my feet were hurting. I do mostly cardio(treadmill and elliptical, etc.). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    get a proper fit at a running store. Going to the local sports store and buying the cutest pair will not work.

    I was having shin pain and some foot pain. I was wearing Nikes and they just were not doing the trick. I went to a sports store and was told I should try the Asic running shoes. I love them. They are not as cute as the Nikes but who cares. They make my workouts pain free.

    I prefer New Balance MX871s because they have a LOT of stability assistance which is something I desperately need. However if you don't need that kind of stability assistance, then by all means try something else!
