Hi all,
Looking to get a new running watch any suggestions? I'd like on with a GPS to track my routes and distance and also one with a timmer that i can easily change if i want to run 10 & 1s or 3s and 1s.
Oh and water proof is huge as I'm living in Vancouver.
suggstions welcomed

I highly recommend the Garmin ones. See http://www.dcrainmaker.com/product-reviews . You can see what each model offers and how much it costs. That site also contains other than Garmin for comparison.
If you want to time intervals for run walk you can do that on most of the mid to higher end Garmins. However, I recommend a Gymboss timer for that purpose seperate from the watch.0 -
I've been pleased with my Garmin 210 but it is not waterproof, it's weatherproof. It'll take a run in the rain but not a swim.0
