Lifestyle/Calorie Question - Sedentary or Not?!?!

All:

Based on adding exercise to your daily schedule, did anyone change your lifestyle from sedentary to lightly active or active eventhough you sit at a desk all day? I feel like my weight loss has plateaued becasue I am not eating enough calories but wanted to see if anyone had ever made the same change.

    I often wondered how I should answer that. Yes I have a desk job but I rarely sit here all day.Before and after work I am nonstop moving so how could I be sedentary? To answer your plateau question that happened to me too. No matter how much I exercised I stopped losing weight, because I wasn't eating enough. I didn't eat back any of my exercise calories. I've upped my calories by 400 and am losing again. Worth a try
