I just had a miscarriage and can’t workout for 6 weeks but I was going to cut back on my calorie intake to try to lose weight and get back into shape. I just want to know am I trying too soon. I want to try again for a baby as soon as I can and would like to be in better shape this time around. All I’m doing is dropping 200-250 calories a day from what I needed to have for the baby. I don’t know what my family would tell me about this. i was eating healthy before and am just cutting back a little more until I can workout and have the doctor's approval to workout and was going to ease my way back into it.
