FYI, l-arginine is an amino acid. Proteins are made of amino acids. Whey has about half a gram of l-arginine per scoop and about 2% of all animal protein is l-arginine.

Probably not worth it to supplement since you're probably getting a few grams of it every day already.

L-arginine is an amino acid and it can give you a good "pump" in the gym.

However this does not translate into any thing significantly beneficial unless you just like that feeling.

would i be better to just get the protein shake again, i am looking for something to help me train a bit harder i really need to tone up A LOT!!!! and i have 3 small children to tend to so being very sore makes it difficult iykwim, i was told this would help prevent being so sore after working out, help with stamina, help my immune system (i was going to swap the aloe gel i am taking for this as can't buy both i find the aloe gel excellent for my overall health), and help with muscle recovery and burn fat e.t.c, but if the shakes will be just as good it's cheaper for me to get (i just don't like the taste lol)
