Balance Forward - Do Calories Carry Over

Ok, so I was 300 calories under yesterday and 200 under the day before. Does that mean I can go over today without feeling like a failure? Of course today I didn't excercise, when I do most days. But I'm a firm believer in one day off a week.
At the same time I don't want to fool myself into thinking going over is ok, but it seems to me a weekly average is about right. What does everyone think? (And do I get dinner tonight?...)

I believe that most people... including myself... use my weekly total numbers as my goals. During the week I am unusually under since my weekends are a bit more social and I would rather have more calories available than.. :happy:0

I always use the weekly plan. I do not try to go over so many days and try to stay under other days, it just happens that way naturally, as long as it is all working out throughout the week i feel ok about it.0
