I know the best core work is heavy lifting, but thats not an option right now, I do have dumbells up to 20lbs each. so I need help for what I can do at home, Ive had 3 kids so I have a deflated looking belly, not horrible looking but definetly needs some work. so what are some great home workouts I can do to tighten this belly up some. I do have p90x ab ripper x, but I hate doing it lol, but I will start doing it more than once a week if it realy would help.

You can work your core by doing planks or side planks, or lying on your back, sticking both legs straight up then moving them from side to side in a wiping motion. I'm sure if you google core exercises there'll be plenty of info to go on!0

The only way to "tighten" your core is to lose the fat through diet. That being said, planks and variations are excellent. You might look into the 30 Day 6 Pack Challenge on the BeFit Youtube channel. I love their workouts! PIlates is also another great option.0
