Looking for other mamas and some motivation!

I am what people would call "skinny fat". I am thin, have been my entire life, but have very little muscle mass. I have 2 toddlers and I am embarrassed that I can barely pick them up. It makes me feel weak. People tell me I look great, but when you can barely lift up your own child you FEEL so weak. Looking good isn't my main goal. FEELING healthy and strong is what I'm going for. Looking good is just something that will come naturally. I joined so I could get motivation to build muscle. I hope to meet some other mamas who are wanting to build some muscles and help keep each other motivated!! I'm going to be working hard for the next 12 weeks. I have my workout routine ready and I'm prepared to become a strong mama!
