A while back there was a post asking people who lost 100+ pounds how long it took them to lose the weight and it got me to thinking...

I was amazed by how many people on here have lost that amount of weight (Way to go!! :drinker: ), but also amazed at how quickly people were able to lose the weight (okay, and a little jealous as I am the slowest loser around and it took me 6 years to lose 100 pounds).

So my question to those of you who have lost a large amount of weight, how long have you kept the weight off? What's the hardest thing about maintenance for you?

I am coming up on three years of keeping 100 pounds off. And the hardest part about maintenance for me was accepting the fact that maintenance will never be easy... I will need to continue to track, exercise, and be accountible if I want to keep the weight off.
