Help me, please.

This past week has gone to hell. First my knees started to ache, so I took a few days off with exercise. Then the next day when I was going to get back on track, I had my first kidney stone, which also set me a few days back. Then a couple days later, my bf and I went out of town for his mom's birthday. Of course that comes with fast food restaurants and greasy, high calorie meals. I weighed myself today to see the damage, and I gained around 5 pounds. I am pretty disgusted with myself. If anyone could help motivate me, or if you have bounced back, please share. I'm just trying not to throw the towel in altogether. :(

    It will be better next time. I am great at gaining 2 lbs overnight then it disappears again. We will have bad days, weeks, etc. we will do this!!

    What's done is done. No sense be-moaning what happen in the past. It's too late, you can't change it back. But you can do better, starting this moment, this day, right now!
