Not losing weight anymore?

I have been using the spreadsheet to come up with my goal of 2190 calories. This is with my routine exercise included. If I do more or less at the gym I will try to go over or under my calories just slightly.
I weigh everything, I drink lots of water, I get lots of sleep. I seem to be stuck.

I am 6'4, and currently 284.6 lbs. As you can see by the scale, I lost a nice amount in the beginning. My ticker will show you what that loss looked like. Photos I take now, don't look any different than they did on Feb 5th.
What should I do? What I read on the boards, I could either eat more, I could fast, or I could wait. My MPF friends say the same. Anyone have any suggestions or related experiences?

Increase calories by 100-200 for a few weeks to see if anything happens... eat more protein too (50g more)0
