Calories per week rather than per day?

Hi everyone,

Is it ok if I meet my calories per week rather than per day?

I am currently aiming for 1200 per day - If I do 1400 one day & 1000 the next is this ok?

Ideally I would meet 1200 everyday but on the days I go to the gym I burn way more!
