Hi, I was wondering if Iron, Vitamin D, or Omega-3 supplements make you gain weight?

Some people have told me that Iron supplements make you gain weight. I am not sure though?

What should I do about this? Should I also track the supplements I eat on a daily basis?

Also, I got some meal replacement powder strawberry flavour (soy bean) is using it recommended or should I not replace my meals with it?

I take an omega 3 supplement and it hasn't made me gain weight. I track the supplements i take but I think its a personal choice. I would use the shake as recommended and talk to your doctor if you are experiencing a weight gain and can't figure out where its coming from.
