INSANITY CHALLENGE

Okay everyone, I've begun the Insanity Challenge. This means doing Insanity every day for 60 days to get amazing results and in the best shape of my life.

I'm also doing other workouts, such as a bootcamp class and occasionally dance and yoga with Insanity.

Has anyone else done this and have tips??? Especially on how to recover and best fuel my body for all the exercise, while still lose weight.
