I'm finding it difficult to eat all my workout calories. I was wondering if its important to eat all your workout calories to lose weight. What difference will it make if I didn't? Will it slow down my weight loss???

It will probably speed up your weight loss if you don't but the more calorie deficit you have, the harder it is to actually build muscles.
I usually eat some of them back if I'm hungry, none if I'm not. I don't sweat it. I recommend not to eat it all back though, and take off what you would normally burn during that time if you were not exercising, which is probably 60 calories or so. Main thing I guess is that it's easier to eat 'junk' food if you have too many exercise calories to eat back, and I'm not sure it's really better for you than just not eating them back.0
