30 day shred question

Can some of you out there that have done the full 30 days tell what your results were like? I was thinking just suck it up and go for it. I have tried to get through it twice made it to level two and than I stop. I'm thinking I need something that helps with inches. I don't care about what i weigh as much as I care about what size I am.

I lost no pounds - maybe one or two at the most - but did lose inches and toned up quite a bit.
I didn't do it in 30 days, closer to 50-60.
I love level 3 the best. Push through level 2 and see what you think of the 3rd. It may be enough to get you through it.

I didn't lose much weight either but I did see a huge change in my endurance and fitness level.0

I did 3 days on level 1 and then moved on to level 2 because level 1 because too easy. Only spent 2-3 days on level 2 because then I started P90X. I will definitely say that 30DS helped prep me for P90X! I can't really say anything in the way of inches or weight other than I did lose weight that week, but it wasn't a week I measured.0

I did very well on the shred. I did it for 7 weeks, only missed 3 days. I lost about 10 pounds and inches. It works.0

I did the whole 30 days and finished a few weeks ago. I started the last week of January. I lost 24 of my 31lbs in that time. This inluded drastically changing what I have been eating so that helps too! If you want to look at my pics they are on my profile. My before is of me in the white tank and grey pants (215lbs) and my afters are me in the red shirt (188lbs) and the navy shirt taked a few nights ago (184lbs). One of my friends saw my after pics and said I had "skinny arms"! Couldn't believe it!! Anyway you can tell that I have toned up quite a bit even though I am only about 1/2 way to my weight loss goal.0

I only do it 3 times a week, and I've lost 19.5 lbs in 16 weeks. But I also changed my eating habits and do other workouts on the nights I don't do 30 day shred. Right now I'm on level 2. I won't move up to level 3 until I can do all the exercises without modificaitons.0
