Snacks

Popcorn (air popper) with salt and a touch of butter. Popcorn is my go to snack for the fiber. Also when I need to 'graze' e.g. still hungry because I ate too fast, pickles are great. 5 calories a pickle and 2 normally hold me over between meals. Tomatoes (eaten like an apple) also get me through the rough spots.0

Fruit, dried fruit and cereal bars are my go-to options. My favourite fruits are pears, apples and bananas as they travel well and seem to fill you up. If you are going down the dried fruit route, make sure it is unsweetened, such as pitted dates and unsulphured apricots!
