New to the forum:)

Hi,
I have just registered and join this new forum..as i have just started dieting around a week ago..

I am trying to lose 110lbs and would like to have some friends here that can give me some suggestions and pointers.

It would be nice to know what other people are experiencing .

  • Hey man, as a guy that has lost 100 pounds before, I can tell you that your goal is completely reasonable. That said, you WILL have bad days/weeks. Just comes with it. I am currently trying to re-lose 25 pounds or so. Feel free to add me.
  • Hey, I started at 306 and lost 29 pounds before starting myfitnesspal. I have lost 17 since then for a total of 46 pounds lost. I am shooting for 200 lbs. You can add me if you want.
