Easter Holidays

Ok so the Easter holidays are coming up - which for me means lots of food & drink and barely any time for the gym.

Anyone any tips for sticking to calorie goals?

Which alcohol is best?

How to eat healthily in restaurants?! (I find this impossible - even salads aren't nearly as healthy as home made)

How to resist chocolate/crisps when surrounded by people eating it?

How to fit in exercise?

I'm sure many of you are in the same position so may be helpful to more than just me!
