Just signed up and doing the log thing.
Happy to be here, want to clean up my diet more to get back on the weight loss path.
Since forks over knives year an half ago, i'm at 85 pnd weight loss.
But, I blew my back out, tore my rotory cuff, and both knees last august. Since then, alot of POOL time and putting on muscle.
After 4 months in the pool, i'm raring to step up my game and take it too a new level, combining weightloss with muscle gain, one day at a time.
Currently I'm on a RawFood/Vegan/ and gluten free diet (feel a ton better). Did juice fasts... slowly learned how to cook.
Been through back/sleep/meditation classes. I'm much more calm than i use to be.
So far, MFP has impressed me, and I'm excited to start the new path before me.
