Paleo Diet?

Hey everyone!! I've heard a lot of people who have had a lot of success on it and I want to get some really good information on it. Does anyone have any good links where I can find information?

I'm cutting out most of the grains.. breads, pastas.. stuff like that. Not exactly going Paleo.. You can see my diary from yesterday.. I had rice but.. it was put on my plate and I didn't want to be rude... =/ Someone else cooked. So far today I've done good.. I feel much better.. Yesterday I had a big omelet and some turkey ham for breakfast.. no grains or breads.. and I felt great! I wasn't hungry. Today I had another omelet and some turkey ham.. I snacked on a protein bar (not pale ) and I'm having a paleo snack right now.. I do feel better just from this little bit.

I like to search on Pinterest They've got good links to Paleo eating and stuff.

Check out Civilized Caveman....he gives recipes and he's someone whos gotten a lot of success out of the diet. I myself don't believe in giving up everything the paleo diet wants you to give up....BUT some of it is a really good concept and I follow a bit of it
