Hi. I have lost 14kg since the beginning of December so I am pleased with how things are going. My first goal is only 3.8 kilo away but its taking longer to get there than I thought. I have only lost 1 kilo in about 3 weeks which is really odd. I am sticking to my calorie allowance. MFP has me on 1400, I have been eating up to 1500 on days that I feel a bit hungrier. I am not eating all of my exercise calories so I have heaps left at the end of the day. I am running most days for 30 minutes and often taking the dog for a 20-30 minutes walk as well. Does any one have any idea about why my weight is slow to come off all of a sudden. Should I be eating more?? Thanks.

Yup, I would try and eat more or zig-zag your calories (i.e. 1800 kcal one day and 1500 kcal the next etc), try and increase your runs by 10-15 min each week and fuel your body accordingly. I'm also a big fan of "2 a days" (well, "Fan" implies I enjoy them but some days they're brutal) so if you usually do 60 min of cardio try and do 2 30 minute sessions instead. Whatever you do, don't give up or get discouraged the goal is life-long health and good habits. If you're active and eat a well balanced nutritive rich diet weight loss will come but more importantly so will stamina, endurance, self confidence, energy and fat loss/increased LBM. Good luck:smile:
