Tracking Sugar intake

Does anyone else track their sugar intake on the food diary.. If so what is your goal you try to stay below to lose??

    Mark Sisson the creator of the paleo diet has a scale of how to eat less carbs to lose weight on his website. I use that scale as a good way to count carbs. He says 150g and under is maintenance. 100g and under is weight loss. He breaks it down even further than that, but that is a good place to start.
