If there are two women, one 5' high and the other 6' high. Both lose 20 pounds. Which one will it show on first?

I would think it would depend on their starting weights. If the 5 ft women was very heavy and the 6ft women wasn't as heavy then it would take longer for people to notice the weight loss in the heavier 5ft women. I think......lol

Depends on where they are starting...20lbs is a lot more on a smaller body.

Assuming they have the same body composition and BMI, the 5' woman.

I am 5'10 and I have to lose around 20 lbs before going down a size.....frustrating sometimes but I focus on the little goals.

    5' - absolute.

I think how weight looks is all in percent of body size. I'm almost 6' gained 20 pounds before I noticed or it even did anything for my clothes. No one noticed I lost anything for 25 pounds - and that was 13% of my body weight. From what I can tell from the forums, that's about the percent.
